  Sumatra (error). Restricted, in error, to Tenasserim by Baker (1921, Journ. Bombay Nat. Hist. Soc., 27, p. 702); and to Bangkok, Thailand, by Deignan (1945, Bull. U. S. Nat. Mus., 186, p. 526).
