Unmodified recording of a Loggerhead Shrike. This recording follows XC883578 and repeats one heard on that recording. I saw the bird fly back to a tree near me from across the field, and when it resumed singing, it was singing one of its original songs. The field was being plowed, which may have influenced its choice of song. Temperature about 55 degrees, overcast. The songs from across the field are softer on the recording.
