During this cut I saw adult females make almost every call in the cut, but the lower pitched calls at, for example, 1:18 came at least some of the time from male birds.

These birds were part of a loose flock of 30 or so Tricolored, many Brewer's Blackbirds, and some Brown-headed Cowbirds. The calls towards the end of the cut made in flight.

This is the first adult male I've seen in nearly a year at this location, and it is also the second time I've recorded one at this location. In addition, the eucalyptus tree it was in was adjacent to the one where I made my recording last year- near the boat dock, but this time, the bird was more vocal, and there was far less people around to cause background commotion.

The louder calls starting at 1:18 are from a female that flew into the tree with food in her mouth and worked her way down towards an older juvenile bird. I never heard that bird call while being approached or fed. At around 2:25 a large portion of the flock flew out of the tree, and the focus of the recording follows them.
