Temperature 15 degrees, almost no wind. Background hum is from freeway and possibly waves and boats. The birds happened to be calling very close by from saltmarsh during an ambient recording. The first calls are like exaggerated versions of the normally barely audible intake of breath during the more usual grunting call heard at 0:17.
